Vision of the AHF
The vision behind BODY ROUTERS creating this workout plan is to give people "no excuses" when it comes to when and where they do their fitness. Giving people a training option that calls for minimal or no equipment.
Purpose of AHF
The At-Home Fitness program places emphasis on challenging body weight movements that will increase cardio capacity. The purpose behind using minimal to "no equipment", is to allow anyone to exercise anywhere; whether at home or traveling. Beginning with squats and push ups, as the foundation of any program, the At-Home Fitness program works on becoming proficient with these, and the increasingly tougher movements.
