The goal for this Strength & Body Development program is to create connections between movement patterns, muscle groups, and how to effectively apply the body in isolated movement patterns as well as
multi-joint, complex movements.
Purpose of S&BD
The purpose of having a plan that focuses on these muscle groups is to build symmetry and strength throughout the upper and lower body. Prioritizing these features create aesthetic and fine-toned muscles. This program is a great accessory workout plan to your existing workout routine.
